General Contractors Program

Our General Contractor Program provides general liability coverage for small and medium general contractors.

Residential Home Builders, Commercial Builders, Residential General Contractors and Commercial General Contractors up to $10,000,000 in annual receipts are eligible.

This program is currently limited to the State of California only.

Program Features:

  • Up to 10% commission
  • B+ rated, Admitted carrier
  • Direct bill
  • Some new ventures acceptable with prior experience
  • $3,000 minimum premium
  • Limits up to $1,000,000/2,000,000 are available
